Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely completion.
  
• Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
  
• Follow instructions from the Production Manager for selecting and purchasing materials.
  
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  
• Handle project and resource requirements effectively.
  
• Determine and maintain quality control standards.
  
• Supervise and support junior staff in their tasks.
  
• Prepare detailed cutting lists for production.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols throughout the production process.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferably in an interior factory.
  
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines.
  
• Strong understanding of production planning and control.
  
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
