Our client is a very dynamic and forwardthinking company and are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in our daytoday operations and growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to make a significant impact.
The successful applicant will provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office including meeting and greeting visitors to the office and handling incoming phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with payments for local suppliers.
- In charge of office supplies office maintenance and cleaning.
- Obtaining and negotiating quotations for local services and service providers.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome.
- Booking and arranging travel transport and accommodation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Fluent in English and Greek as well as other languages will be considered as an advantage (preferably Russian or Spanish).
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in balancing multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and quick to take on new tasks.
- Outgoing warm positive personality.
