What Youll Do:
This role involves overseeing the CRM system which is used to track and manage interactions with current and potential clients with the goal of improving customer satisfaction retention and ultimately trading volumes.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with customer service marketing staff and operations.
- Helping with budgeting and forecasting.
- Being in command of campaigns from conceptualization through to analysis.
- High command of Excel follow up on conversion rate and traffic.
- Preparing all essential inhouse reports
- Putting focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
- Following up on every issue
- Any adhoc tasks
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Customer Relationship Management role.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to set up creative promotions with demonstrable experience.
- Can work independently take responsibility and show initiative.
- A keen understanding of the principles of Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in reporting promotional performance.
- Possess strong multitasking and timemanagement skills.
- Identify improvements in online communication.
