Utilize your language skills and customer service expertise to answer questions resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues with a positive and helpful attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Native or fluent German (C2 level) and strong English language skills (B1 minimum)
• Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills

• Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
