As a Scrum Master you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile principles and practices.
  
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure product backlog is groomed and prioritized.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or in a similar facilitating role.
  
• Extensive experience in training and coaching people in a constantly changing environment.
  
• Ability to drive change at various levels within the organization.
  
• Entrepreneurial spirit taking responsibility and showing initiative.
  
• DNA for continuous improvement and value delivery coaching the team on these principles.
  
• Strong communication skills in a complex and political organization.
  
• Knowledge of and experience in IT and product development.
  
• Minimum HBOlevel of education.
  
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
