Position Purpose
The main activities of the Network Manager is to manage maintain implement and promote secured robust stable
redundant Network and Security infrastructure. Explore evaluate and propose latest technologies in network/security
domain. Lead BAU team for operational activities any critical incident or task. The person will lead the team ensuring
effective service management to meet servicelevel agreements and control costs.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Manage maintain implement and promote secured robust stable redundant Network and Security infrastructure.
- Interact with Application architecture team for designing IT Infrastructure.
- Leading Installation & Implementation for key Projects
- Maintain documentation during the Design installation implementation and SOP
- Lead BAU team for managing Networks Operational activities monitoring and Incident management
- Contribute for all monthly/ Quarterly dashboard reporting Vendor Management Support Change and Capacity Planning
- Procurement: Drive RFPs bid proposals contracts scope of work reports and other documentation for various Network. Projects and Support.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Minimum 810 years working experience covering Network implementation and operations.
- Strong technical knowledge Network & Network Security Domain
- Strong working knowledge of protocols : Multicast ISIS MPLS EIGRP OSPF BGP SCCP MGCP QOS VPN H.323 &
- TCP/IP and Ethernet networks
- Strong working knowledge of Network automation LAN/MAN/WAN Firewall proxies Load balancers DDI and
- troubleshooting
- Routing and switching expertise Campus and Datacenter Networks
- Experience in Cisco and Juniper Routing and Switching Domain products
- Cisco software IOS NXOS IOSXE Junos
- Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds Netflow Netscout probes Infinistream and Wireshark
- Has expertise in managing Complex Network Infrastructure
- Good knowledge and understanding of various Network technologies
- Experience in Managing teams
- Excellent leadership teamwork and client service skills
- Fluent in English to work with the global and regional teams
- Ability to interact across multiple teams within IT and in the business areas.
