About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor in the bustling city of Barcelona you will be the cornerstone of our customer support team. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service and support to our valued customers enhancing their experience with our products and services.
What Were Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) with good English skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills salesoriented mindset and proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Attributes: Responsible adaptable positive attitude towards change strong team player with good conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone email and online chats.
- Assist customers with product inquiries deliveries and invoices ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
