• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills salesoriented mindset and proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
• Attributes: Responsible adaptable positive attitude towards change strong team player with good conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone email and online chats.
• Assist customers with product inquiries deliveries and invoices ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Meet sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
