Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Description:

In a nutshell you prepare incoming invoices and register them in our system. You check all invoices place them in the correct classification and ensure that they are all registered correctly. Booking and processing banks. You can also do this by combining the monthly statements and transactions. Of course you also keep in touch with our suppliers regarding all invoicing.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

• ensuring flawless administration with your checks analyzes and registrations.
• checking and entering invoices.
• booking and processing banks.
• collaborating with other departments to resolve any billing disputes.
• optimizing the existing systems to get the most out of it.
• preparing management reports.
• processing intercompany supplier overviews and following up on contradictions.
• provide support for periodic closings.

Education and Experience:

• hard worker responsible for your own work
• seriousorganized and with an eye for the smallest detail
• flexibility and analytical skills
• finished studies in finance
• minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• very good knowledge of the English language spoken and written
• knowledge of Excel and SAP is a plus
