Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and resource requirements for sewerage and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including design construction and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to keep projects on schedule.
- Design and Engineering:
- Review and analyze design specifications for sewerage schemes storm water lines and pipelines.
- Provide input and recommendations to the design team to optimize system efficiency costeffectiveness and environmental sustainability.
- Conduct feasibility studies site assessments and hydraulic calculations to support project design.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes regulations and industry standards.
- Construction Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of pipe laying open trenching and other construction activities for sewerage and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor construction progress quality and safety to ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and regulatory authorities to address any issues or concerns during construction.
- Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping throughout the construction phase.
- Asset Management and Maintenance:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for sewerage storm water and pipeline assets.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for system optimization and upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive asset inventories including condition assessments and replacement plans.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of the sewerage and infrastructure systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
- Communicate project status progress and issues to key stakeholders including project sponsors clients and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare detailed reports presentations and technical documentation to support decisionmaking and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as local authorities utility providers and community groups to address concerns and incorporate their feedback into project planning.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in sewerage infrastructure and pipeline management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization cost savings and sustainability improvements.
- Participate in industry forums conferences and training programs to enhance professional development and knowledge sharing.
