Junior Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Expense Classification in QuickBooks
• Enters payments which are received by credit card check and ACH
• May assist with other accounting processes not specifically related to entering payments
• Resolve problems and challenges
• Communicate with client Managers and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.
• Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
• Assists with general admin support
• Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks

Key Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in Accounting
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks Online
• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with AirTable preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable

Shift / Hours:

Monday Friday in one single shift 3:00 PM PHT 12:00 AM in PHT.
