Your new role will be...

Support line for the Hotel Group platform where the hotels can buy all kind of products necessary for their proper functioning like goodies household products crockery bedmattress sheets pens with the Hotel Group logo.

Provide technical support to all kind of issues linked to the platform for hoteliers and suppliers (connect to the platform issues buying a product or to putting it on sale etc);

Supplier needs support changing a price or putting a new product in sale; Hoteliers needing to find a supplier available to deliver a product with urgency etc. Verify if anorder was validated.

Requirements to join the team:
