Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Finance Manager for our prestigious client located in Bahrain. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Manama Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
• Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial statements reports and analysis to the management team.
• Manage the companys cash flow including forecasting and monitoring of cash flow requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with banks auditors and other financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the finance department.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and laws and ensure compliance within the company.
• Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes with senior management.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Commerce / Accountancy from an accredited university.
• Masters in Commerce / Accountancy with CPA/CA/ACCA.
• Minimum 12 years experience with at least 6 years of experience in a managerial capacity in a finance function.
