We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst cum Product Owner with expertise in the EdTech industry preferred and a strong focus on user experience (UX journeys). The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and technology teams ensuring that our products meet the needs of both our users and our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements user needs and product objectives.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders development teams and endusers to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business value user feedback and market research.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to create usercentric solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps feature prioritization and release plans based on user feedback and business priorities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends user preferences and competitive landscape within the EdTech industry.
• Monitor product performance metrics user engagement and feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product.
• Champion a usercentric approach to product development advocating for the best possible user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Computer Science Education or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of educational technology platforms learning management systems and online learning tools.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
