Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling email campaigns and networking events. Qualify leads to assess their needs and determine the appropriate logistics solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects highlighting the benefits of our services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets. Receiving quotations from the Sales team and quoting to the customer and checking for the feedback for the better rate and prospect. Need expertise for all product Import & export. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities manage leads and report on sales performance metrics. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and marketing materials. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales preferably in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and build rapport with clients.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts is a plus.
