Roles and Responsibilities:
JD Google Dialog Flow Developer Experience in chatbot development.
Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow development in CX
Experience in Jira
Experience on GDF integration with Google CCAI platform agent schedule queues configuration and GDF with Back end applications integration
Contact center IVR Development and experience will be added advantage
