Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
1.Perform Application configuration changes build and deployment as per user specifications on the OSI PI product
2.Perform standard support related operations on OSI PI product data uploads application monitoring checks report extraction etc
3.Perform trouble shooting and resolve support issues
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Perform Application configuration changes build and deployment as per user specifications on the OSI PI product
2.Perform standard support related operations on OSI PI product data uploads application monitoring checks report extraction etc
3.Perform detailed data analysis data validation and identify data quality issues
4.Conduct RCA on critical issues in less turnaround time
5.Collaborate with product vendor and resolve product issues
