This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 06:30 19:00 total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $53.65/hr encompassing a taxable component of $44.81/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Work Location: 1923 S Utica Avenue Tulsa OK 74104 . Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $42.92/hr. Reward on non local rate: $7.05/hr.

This department is a 28 unit serving Cardiopulmonary adult patients and neuro overflow adult patients and does have cardiac telemetry and continuous pulse oximeter capabilities. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:56. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
