Job Description
Job Position: RN TELEMETRY
Location: Kalamazoo MI 49048
Client: Ascension Health
Summary
Shift Timings: 19:0007:30 Hours 3 days 12 hour shift (Monday Friday)
Per Week: 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
