About The Company

About The Role
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in estimating IBNR reserves and ensuring financial stability. Join a team dedicated to enhancing healthcare services through datadriven insights and strategic planning.
Remote work available for residents in: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana Idaho California Nevada New Mexico Texas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to estimate IBNR reserves across various insurance lines.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular valuations to assess financial impacts on the companys balance sheet.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and methodologies to enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance in reporting.
Required Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics Mathematics Actuarial Finance or related field.
- Successful completion of 4 exams for the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA).
- 5 years of healthcare actuarial experience.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar programming language.
- Demonstrated project management skills in data and financial analysis.
Preferred Experience
- ASA designation.
- 2 years of healthcare valuation experience.
- 2 years of commercial pricing experience.
