Job Description / Responsibilities

An independent executive role in building relationships & growing the company brand.

Plan and pitch for Construction Projects for our BIM based Modelling Services to Architects Engineers Contractors in International locations (Australia North America Middle East United Kingdom)

Identify potential clients and the decisionmakers within the client organization by research cold calling web meetings using Linkedin Social Media other online research tools etc

Virtually meet potential clients by growing maintaining and leveraging your network

Attend each client online meeting prepare MOMs follows up with client requests until closure of sale

Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company s CRM

Achieve target number of meetings calls and sales conversions

Typical each Deal revenue to be Rs. 25 Lakhs to Rs. 75 Lakhs

Qualification

Employment type: Full Time. 6 days a week (1st & 3rd Saturday are holidays)

Job Timings: Overlap with international time zones

Functional Area: Sales & Marketing

Industry: Architecture Engineering & Construction Software Services


Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelors with an MBA would be preferable

2. Experience of 23 years in Sales or Marketing in any International region

3. Experience of selling Engineering Services (such as BIM or CAD Drafting or Tekla Detailing or SP3D or E3D Services)

4. Knowledgeable about BIM/VDC space (optional)

5. Strong communication skills

6. Ideal for someone who is extremely organized

7. Has flair in email writing presentations to clients



Benefits

Compensation Offered

5.00 to 7.00 Lacs (annual CTC)

Matunga West (Mumbai)
