Senior Travel Designer

We are looking to hire a Senior Travel Designer for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A Diploma in a relevant field will allow the candidate to develop his/her career
• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales management inventory control and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Frenchlanguagespeaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage retail staff including cashiers and people working on the floor
• Train and develop employees
• Work towards achieving sales targets by communicating targets bihourly to department staff
• Maintain a high level of discipline
• Assist the Store Manager to evaluate the job performance of shop assistants
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock as per the responsibilities
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised as per the companys standards
• Ensure standards for quality customer service and health and safety are met
• Ensure that the staff attendance is of a high standard
• Focus on the teams ability and knowledge on UP SELLING CROSS SELLING and effectively increasing basket value
• Maintain stores cleanliness
• Support the manager with relevant report generation
• Organize and communicate staff work schedules/rosters
• Manage daytoday deliveries and replenishments
