Lead- Chemicals

1. Engineering and design of chemical systems in advanced manufacturing facilities (chemical processes photolithography passivation thermal oxidation doping metallization and etching)
2. Provide technical expertise (functional specifications and specifications of services) on chemical systems / subcontracts to the tendering and procurement team. Provide accurate and competitive quantity estimates during bidding for chemical systems / services. Drive value engineering during execution with focus on cost optimization on the budgeted cost
3. Develop concepts and documents in accordance with the contract (e.g. specifications drawings functional descriptions) and ensure the best quality of implementation and compliance with EHS requirements. Reviewing the basis of design permitting procedures drawings reports specifications and all other work necessary to meet the client requirements. Review and provide approval of design calculations schematics technical submittals QAPs and Shop drawings for chemical systems.
4. Provide technical expertise to projects on chemical systems scope Design Installation and Commissioning and interface with other trades). Guide team on installation of appropriate chemical systems on the construction site. Reviewing FAT/SAT and accepting the materials for Installation
5. Ensure timely availability of GFC drawings & technical documents.
6. Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual

The ideal candidate should have expertise in chemical systems for projects in Semiconductor/Pharma EPC/ FMCG EPC Projects. Candidate to have degree in Chemical Engineering (B. Tech /B.E.) and > 15 years work experience
