Dutch Speaking Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in ensuring that TikTok remains a safe fun and welcoming place for its diverse user base. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content ensuring compliance with TikToks community guidelines and protecting users from harmful or inappropriate material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Monitor and review usergenerated content (videos comments profiles) to ensure adherence to TikToks community guidelines and policies.
• Moderation: Evaluate content that may be graphic violent or offensive and take appropriate action based on the platforms policies.
• Compliance: Ensure content is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Decision Making: Make quick accurate and consistent content moderation decisions.
• Reporting: Identify and escalate potential risks and trends contributing to the improvement of our moderation processes.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and management to improve moderation policies and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform updates industry trends and best practices in content moderation.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Native or nearnative proficiency in Dutch. Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle differences and nuances in content.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with evolving guidelines and processes.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Stress Management: Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms especially TikTok is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation social media or customer service is an advantage but not required.
