They work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors from small local businesses to large national companies.

Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Photo Retoucher and Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing photo retouching and culling tasks ensuring all images meet our high standards. This role requires proficiency in advanced retouching techniques taking RAW photos from Capture One through to final edits in Photoshop adhering to our unique style. While training will be provided applicants must possess prior experience in Photoshop. Additionally the candidate will assist with social media management contributing to our online presence and engagement.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to retouch and enhance RAW photos according to our established style and guidelines.
• Sort through large volumes of photos to select the best shots for editing and publication.
• Ensure that all edited photos meet our highquality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist with managing and scheduling social media content across various platforms including Instagram Facebook and Twitter.
• Help generate engaging visual content for social media posts stories and campaigns.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with experience in highend retouching techniques.
• Strong understanding of RAW photo editing workflow preferably using Capture One.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.
• Mailchimp might need to figure it out.
