Overview:
Tekwissen group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. This client is a German multinational Pharmaceutical and biotechnology company and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world headquartered in Leverkusen and areas of business include pharmaceuticals; consumer healthcare products agricultural chemicals seeds and biotechnology products.
Job Title: Social Media Brand Manager
Location: Whippany NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Part time
Work Type: Remote / Hybrid
Position Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Executing strategic social plans for brand that ladder to brands broader objectives
- Active Community Management & Engagement across all brand channels (Meta TikTok launch)
- Creator/Influencer outreach & management
- Content creation & posting calendar and cadence
- Development of briefs in partnership with brand
- All LMR submissions and relationship management as it relates to social
- Analysis of social performance (primarily organic with paid insights & support as needed)
Requirements/Preferences:
- Education Minimum Requirement High School Diploma
- Education Preferred Associates or Bachelor Degree in related field.
Desired Experience & Ability:
- Extensive experience in Meta & TikTok Content Creation & Community Management
- Experience with driving social engagement and building engaged audiences
- Content creation skills & experience briefing and managing content creators
Bonus Experience:
- Enhancing established brands in traditional markets via social
- Navigating larger organizations and partnership with key stakeholders
