• Syndigo MDM
• Ability to augment Java code for downstream data

This role is working with large Ecommerce company and has to be based hybrid in Bentonville AR.

Job Description:

• Technical support for Syndigo RiverSand (Product Information Management) platforms and Java applications.
• Long term fixes for recurring issues raising change requests and coordination with CAB for releases
• Timely communication with Walmart stakeholders specially product owner and leads Weekly Status reports
• Work with Syndigo team in reporting and getting resolution of product issues
• Documenting configuration changes and maintaining version control including Supporting pre & post release activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syndigo including integrations Java application functionality and system performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Analyze system logs and monitoring tools to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
