A leading financial services company is seeking a Sales Retention Agent who is fluent in French and has experience in the Forex and CFD industry. The position is based in their Limassol office and suitable candidates must be willing to work onsite.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in French (both oral and written) along with English proficiency (at least B2 level)
• Prior experience in Forex & CFD Industry retention is a prerequisite
• Proficiency in computer usage
• Ability to work under deadlines and targets
• Strong management and mathematical skills
• Exceptional skills in handling objections
