• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to meet the organizations needs and objectives.
• Identify and source reliable suppliers vendors and subcontractors through market research networking and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts prices terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Review purchase requisitions analyze purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement requirements specifications and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure quality reliability and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels track procurement activities and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
