Insights Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an Insights Lead with 13 years of AI/ML/Gen AI experience who can help us deliver actionable insights to our clients and drive business growth. As an Insights Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts managing projects and communicating with stakeholders. You will also be involved in designing and implementing data analysis frameworks methodologies and best practices. You will report to the Director of Insights and work closely with other teams across the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts ensuring highquality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects from scoping to execution ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate and present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Design and implement data analysis frameworks methodologies and best practices using various tools and techniques.
• Identify and explore new data sources methods and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams such as sales marketing product and engineering to support crossfunctional initiatives and data needs.

• Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics mathematics economics or computer science
• At least 6 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or consulting preferably in a leadership role
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Qlik
• Strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
