We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve gathering and analyzing data interpreting trends and providing actionable insights to drive informed decisionmaking. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs identify opportunities for process improvement and translate requirements into functional specifications. Additionally you will be instrumental in facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferably in a technologydriven environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Solid understanding of business processes and experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
