Associate Solicitor- Housing Litigation 5 PQE

• Manage a diverse caseload of housing litigation matters including but not limited to defending disrepair claims possession civil injunctions defending EPA claims ASB and fraud.
  
• Utilise strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters AST and/or leasehold matters with a focus on forfeiture claims.
  
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  
• Actively participate in marketing and networking initiatives to promote the firms services.
  
• Maintain monthly time recording and billing targets ensuring consistent performance.
  
• Supervise and manage support services including secretarial and junior staff.
  

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  
• Proven experience in a housing management legal department within a solicitor s firm or inhouse.
  
• Track record of successfully managing a busy caseload of housing litigation matters.
  
• Familiarity with case management systems and legal procedures.
  
• Strong client care skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment and work effectively under pressure.
  
• Participation in marketing and networking activities is highly desirable.
