Research Intern Human Computer Interaction

Responsibility

• In this role you ll be responsible for uncovering customer insights conducting user research and helping to inform product decisions
  
• You are a creative analytical problem solver who s excited about making an impact on the user experience on Health care.
  
• Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions
  
• Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing
  
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience
  
• Utilize usercentered design principles to develop innovative solutions to customer needs
  
• Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with designers product managers and engineers to develop userfriendly experiences
  

Requirements

1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
   
2. Recently completed a degree in Computer Science HCI or a related field.
   
3. You have a passion for making sense of user behavior.
   
4. You are a creative problemsolver who is passionate about digging into complex problems and devising new approaches to reach results.

1. Completed a Bachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Masters or PhD program.
   
2. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
   
3. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
   
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment.
   
5. Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (MacBook reliable internet connection quiet conducive space).
