Registered Dietitian 25 Remote

Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC a leading Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm providing expert services to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team.

Schedule: 20hrs/week; MondayFriday during business hours.

Compensation: $30.0036.00 per hour DOE

Travel Reimbursement: Paid at the same hourly rate for time traveling to and from the facility

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that consider participants medical conditions cultural preferences and dietary needs.
  
• Provide education and counseling on nutrition healthy eating habits and managing chronic diseases through diet.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive coordinated care.
  
• Monitor participants nutritional status and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
  
• Document all care provided.
  
• Adheres to all facility policy and procedure.
  
• Performs necessary organizational and administrative duties
  

Requirements:

• Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Experience within the elderly population.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
  
• Experience with electronic documentation and menu systems
  
• Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Clients as needed.
