Position: RN Registered Nurse Med Surg

Location: Mayfield KY USA

Contract Details: Fulltime Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a top hospital in Mayfield KY. As a Med Surg RN you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting a positive and healing environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records

Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing

BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
