To achieve our ambitious goals, were seeking an experienced General Manager. Your mission at Yellow: Overseeday-to-day operations. Design strategy and setgoals for growth. Maintain budgets and optimizeexpenses. Set policies andprocesses. Ensure employees work productivelyand develop professionally. Oversee recruitmentand training of new employees. Transparency infinancial turnover, clear reporting, expenses optimization, costcontrol Standards development (Customer sservice & Happiness) Clear and tightcooperation with the marketing department to clarify the vision ofthe marketing/event direction. Qualifications and Special Requirements Strongproved experience in managing hospitality/tourism/commercial realestate fields as a General Manager. Strongunderstanding of business-sales-marketingbounds. Good knowledge of Thai Labor/Businesslaws Ability to think strategically andapplicate thestrategy. Business/Marketing/Hospitalitydegree.
