KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing brand marketing strategies both online and offline to promote and elevate the visibility of ourproducts in the Vietnamese market. Your expertise in digital marketing and your ability to collaborate with key opinion consumers (KOC) and key opinion leaders (KOL) will be essential to the success of our brand.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute innovative brand marketing strategies for both online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media search engines and email marketing
  • Identify and engage with KOCs KOLs and influencers for live streaming events offline promotions and other marketing initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and partners including Tiktokers to enhance the brands presence and visibility.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of offline events product launches and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in brand marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO SEM social media marketing and email marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Resultoriented with a datadriven approach to marketing and a keen eye for analyzing performance metrics.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages for effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Prior working experience at Loreal Vietnam or TDIC is highly preferred.
