الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervising a team of personnel in the maintenance and upgrade of the network, including but not limited to the TDM Switches; Cisco Routers; Microwave Transmission System; Fiber Transmission systems such as PDH and SDH; Power Systems (Battery Chargers, Battery and Solar Systems); Access Equipment (Channel Banks, ADSL, CPE); Video Systems; Operation and Maintenance System
- Creating/Maintaining Network Documentation (facilities layout, equipment list, detailed wire run lists and network design)
- Facilities Installation Design, test procedures and preventive maintenance programs
- Frequent travel to customer facilities is required often requiring overnight stays at the facilities.
- Must be willing to work in less than desirable conditions and to work closely with the customer in operation and the maintenance of the system.
- Leadership and inter-personal skills in dealing with the customer is a must.
- Full understanding of Voice over IP
- Experience with network backbone equipment is desired.
- Knowledge of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and experience with network security is beneficial.
- Prior experience is a plus.
