Job Description
- Sourcing Profiles Vacancies sharing with consultants JOB posting at relevant JOB portals and Boards.
- Screening resumes as per defined criteria.
- Conducting telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Lineup shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Ensure joining formalities and documentations.
- Maintain process for Management to request reports and support.
- Regular coordination with client Line Managers and respective filed staff for gathering and checking different data and reports through various reporting platforms like online reporting tour plan submission customer coverage monthly expenses periodic sales related data market intelligence market surveys competition data and customer feedback compilations field Issues.
- Publishing periodic MIS Reports
- Regular filed coordination and with Client line Managers.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Coordinate with candidates interviewing managers and consultants for all personal round interviews.
- Creating publishing and maintaining various Management reports as weekly fortnightly endofmonth quarterly and annual reports.
- Performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis reporting and regular data backup.
- Generating strong analytical reports and distributing it to management as Accurate MIS Reporting in Timely Manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Review and generating Reports based on requirement.
- Data collection and Coordination with other departments.
- Preparing dashboards based on management requirements.
- Proficiency in handling big data for Reports and Analysis.
- Daily MIS Reporting using advanced excel like Vlookup Hlookup Pivot Index Match etc.
- Good communication skills mailing through MS Outlook.
- Good letter drafting skill in English.
- Proficient Database Management.
