ON-CALL HELP DESK TECHNICIAN TIER II

Job Title: ONCALL HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER II)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance and support for computer applications hardware and software independently.
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve a variety of computerrelated issues.
• Assist users with inquiries and concerns regarding desktops laptops peripherals and software applications.
• Accurately document and track technical issues and their resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of computer applications hardware and software.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as necessary.
