Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide excellent customer service support and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process orders applications and requests.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines during interactions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct customer surveys to obtain feedback on service quality.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge company policies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
