This is a remote position.
Position Title: Marketing SpecialistWork Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00PM 06:30AM PHT
Salary: Php 70000.00 PHP 80000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MARKETING SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist would be:
Perform research analyses and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and leadnurturing process through email content events and social channels
Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation content creation website traffic and other KPIs
Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns including content creation newproduct launches social media upselling crossselling and sales enablement
Gain a thorough understanding of our products standards and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for moreeffective communications and brand awareness
Document procedures processes and workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data with special focus on psychographics and buying trends to understand how marketing activity leads to customer sales
Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
Qualifications as a Marketing Specialist:
23 years experience as a Marketing Specialist and a track record in building personal branding strategies
2 years experience with Gohighlevel (GHL)
Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of market research surveys and data analytics
Proficiency with content management systems
Proficiency with HTM and Adobe Acrobat
Experience in planning and leading initiatives
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Ability to multitask prioritize and adhere to deadlines
Proficient knowledge of market research techniques & databases
Exquisite communication and people skills
Close attention to detail
Excellent research organizational and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
