About the Company
One of the fastest growing and profitable fintech in Mumbai. They have grown to 250 employees in just 3 years. They have products across lending and insurance.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Lead a team of 3 to 4 QA Specialists
Must have experience with automation frameworks like TestNG Selenium WebDriver and Appium
Should decode requirements and test designs to formulate test suits for UI and APIs
Collaborate with multiple teams like leadership product and developers
Contribute to the software development lifecycle by formulating test planning estimation and reporting activities
Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in the testing ecosystem
Should have more than 5 years of experience in QA automation
The ideal candidate will come with 2 years of team management experience
appium,testng,automation frameworks,automation,team management,fintech,reporting activities,estimation,test planning,selenium webdriver
