Accountabilities:
Your role will involve managing Advice & Guidance delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering HR programmes and plans that support the organisation’s objectives.- You will play a key role representing the GBS PS Towers being a single point of contact for the senior team members – Country / Area / Group HR Directors.
- You will also be responsible for driving the service delivery with the ambition to be
- best in class function and promoting digital agenda as well as automation and simplification of processes through a programme of continuous improvement.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in leading cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies
- Leading HR Operations delivery experience
- Experience in managing senior partners
- Ability to work in a fast-moving & changing environment
- Professional HR qualification
- Fluent English
- Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Post Graduate HR Qualification
