Position: QA/QC Engineer (Mech)/Document Controller
Salary: 3200 AED Sales Commission (Applicable)

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 qualification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials equipment and processes to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
- Generate quality reports and documentation to track inspection results and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Apply mechanical engineering principles to assess and improve the quality and reliability of mechanical systems and components.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documents to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding qualityrelated matters and mechanical engineering concerns.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system to manage project documentation including drawings specifications and reports.
- Ensure the accuracy completeness and integrity of project documentation through version control and document tracking.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely access to updated information as per project requirements.
- Retrieve and archive documents according to retention policies and project lifecycle stages.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including engineers contractors and clients to address qualityrelated issues and document control requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows improve document management processes and enhance project efficiency.
- Facilitate internal and external audits and inspections by providing access to relevant documentation and supporting evidence as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in implementing quality control procedures and conducting inspections in a mechanical engineering context.
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards codes and regulations applicable to mechanical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and their application in construction and manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with inspection techniques testing methods and quality assurance tools relevant to mechanical systems and components.
- Experience in document control processes and software systems for managing project documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining document repositories version control and document tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information and facilitating collaboration among project teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including engineers contractors and clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify analyze and resolve quality issues and document control challenges in a proactive manner.
- Capacity to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.
