- Matching the right candidates with the right companies; reducing mismatches/rejects from each side
- We believe that the finding part of our problem statement is more important than the hiring part as a lot of things get solved if we solve top of the funnel part well

What will you work on
- Apart from being with an amazing team who ve previously worked at Google Sharechat Swiggy Unacademy and IBM. You d get to work on the following things :
- Youll be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of a feature from Designing the frontend architecture UI development Deployment.
- Take part in sprint planning and ship deliverables on time.
- Be the owner of your problem statement. When you start working on a problem do it as if its your little startup.
- You ll be responsible for efforts in developing our UI libraries and developing beautiful UX.
- Building a fluid generic UI is an art and we love artists who can do that whilst not compromising even on a single frame being wasted while rendering.

- You do what you re told and do not have your ideas. We are a small team we don t do handholding and expect everyone to contribute at the same level. Together we must be able to brainstorm and ideate when we have conversations about the product features customers and their needs.
- You want a super great worklife balance (95 job completely chill empty weekends) because when we have large releases we work late at night and on weekends. You re likely early in your career and this also might be your first job. If you re too comfortable in your ways already we ll probably have a hard time working together.
How would your day look like
- Mostly everyone starts working around 11 ish. Everyone needs to be available during the common working hours 11 to 8.
- We have one planning call every week and decide what everyone will work on for that sprint. So you ll have your planned tickets to work on.
- In this planning call we ll decide how to prioritise features break down the features as much as possible and then choose how to build the feature.
- We have a super highpriority channel for live customers facing tech issues. You ll get pinged if any of your features get bug reports.
- Once you have completed your ticket you ll thoroughly test it and forward it for review. Incorporate any feedback you get and get it reviewed again. Then you release your feature.
