Position Responsibilities:
- Providing sound, pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters, including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments,
- Take carriage of and provide advice and guidance to the business on the management of disputes and workplace issues,
- Co-ordinate and assist in the planning, preparation, and management of any EBA negotiations,
- Support management in their dealings with employee representative bodies,
- Lead and support business transformation/change projects,
- Liaison with internal legal counsel for the drafting of Employment/Industrial documentation,
