Position Responsibilities

- Skillfully conduct initial intake interviews with reporting parties to gather comprehensive information regarding the reported concerns. Ask relevant questions to understand the nature, scope, and severity of the issues raised.
- Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess the reported concerns. Evaluate the potential impact on the organization's ethical standards and compliance obligations.
- Effectively manage reported cases during the initial intake process; evaluate the available information and evidence to determine the most appropriate resolution for each reported issue.
- Document all case-related activities, communications, and decisions in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
