Position: Climate Resilience Specialist

Location: Schaumburg IL

Hybrid 3 days/week

As a Climate Resilience Specialist you will play a vital role in identifying climate resilience propositions target customer profiles and outreach strategies. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as ZRS leaders risk engineers underwriters and distribution teams you will provide support for sales opportunities. Additionally you will serve as a subject matter expert on climatechange related topics staying abreast of scientific developments regulatory requirements historical industry practices and forwardlooking trends. Your responsibilities will also include identifying emerging climaterelated market opportunities and proposing services to address them effectively.

Awareness or experience in business sustainability consulting and sales/distribution.

Proficiency in strategic thinking with the ability to formulate and execute vision and strategy.

An entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating initiative and creativity in identifying opportunities and solutions.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey ideas and information.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
