Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to provide outstanding customer support via email and chat. The role is hybrid requiring you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers resolving issues and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is beneficial it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Assist customers with order placements product inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers about products services and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
